Due to market growth, a permanent Legal and Compliance Officer is needed to join the team in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Your New Role

As Legal and Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Authority to act responsibly for the company both internally and externally, especially in matters of integrity, Compliance and Ethics.
2. Supporting and advising the management.
3. Defining Legal Strategy for the company on a mid- and long-term basis.
4. Planning and decision of all the company’s legal matters.
5. Implementing appropriate training and communication programs to help the company achieve its goals.

What you’ll need to succeed

1. Previous experience in a similar role using your knowledge and expertise to implement legal and compliance strategies.
2. Solid legal experience with a reputable practice with the drive and determination to succeed with a top organisation.
