Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of local corporate and commercial law including Moneylending Act.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Legal Counsel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice, manage risks, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide legal support for corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Advise on employment, IP, and data protection matters
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university
• [5+] years of legal experience, preferably in an international or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of local corporate and commercial law including Moneylending Act
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working with KPKT (preferred but not mandatory)
