A leading company is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a legal practicing license, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the capability to navigate complex legal environments. This role will involve drafting contracts, monitoring compliance, and participating in policy development to mitigate legal risks, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability to cross-border issues.
Provide legal advice to company management or clients to ensure business operations comply with relevant regulations.
Assess contracts, policies, and operations to ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements.
Monitor the company’s adherence to applicable laws and regulations, such as anti-money laundering, data protection, and labor laws.
Participate in the development and updating of corporate compliance policies to mitigate legal risks.
Draft or review commercial contracts based on company or client needs, including partnership agreements, service agreements, sales contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Identify potential legal risks in company operations and provide preventive measures.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with a legal practicing license are preferred.
Prior experience in multinational companies, foreign enterprises, law firms, or consulting firms is an advantage.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, identify legal risks, and provide solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making sound judgments in complex legal environments.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with company management, government agencies, external lawyers, and business partners.
Proficiency in legal databases and office software.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Adaptability to cross-border business needs.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required to handle bilingual legal documents and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
