Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of local corporate and commercial law including Moneylending Act.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Advise on employment, IP, and data protection matters

Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies

Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
