Job description

Perform contract management (including drafting and reviewing) for all Pos Malaysia subsidiaries and business units, and lead negotiations on strategic business agreements.

Serve as a Legal Advisor/Consultant, providing relevant legal advice and guidance for the Pos Malaysia Group across multiple jurisdictions.

Evaluate the business's exposure to legal risks and implement measures to mitigate such risks across the Group.

Build Trust

Review documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to make necessary changes.

Ensure the timely delivery of accurate and practical legal advice on various matters, supporting the Group’s legal needs.

Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise the business or relevant departments to ensure timely compliance.

Job Requirements:

6 years of working experience in a corporate legal environment.

Strong ability to draft and review contracts and formal correspondence.

Skilled in negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial contract closures.

Experience in litigation matters is an added advantage.

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.

Strong critical thinking and commercial analysis skills, with high attention to detail.

Proven experience in managing engagements with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
