Corporate & Commercial Legal Work: 公司及商业法律事务

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including letters of intent, teaming agreements, service agreements, tender-related agreements, commercial agreements.
起草、审查和协商各类法律文件，包括意向书、合作协议、服务协议、投标相关协议以及商业协议。

Provide legal advise on local and cross-border transactions and tender participation requirements.

Assist in structuring and reviewing business arrangements and partnerships to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Litigation & Dispute Management: 诉讼与争议管理

Manage and monitor ongoing litigation and potential disputes involving the Group.

Liaise with external legal counsels and provide updates for management.

Support internal stakeholders in evaluating legal risks and resolution strategies.

Assist in developing and reviewing internal legal policies, contract templates and standard operating procedures.

Support compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and data protection laws.

Cross-Functional Support: 跨职能支持

Collaborate with business units and other support functions on contractual and regulatory matters.

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and admission as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia is preferred.

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in legal practice or in-house legal department, ideally in a corporate/ commercial setting.

Candidates with legal experience in multinational companies, foreign-invested enterprises, law firms or consulting firms are preferred.

Excellent contract drafting, review and negotiation skills, able to identify legal risks and provide solutions.
具备出色的合同起草、审查及谈判能力，能够识别法律风险并提供解决方案。

Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage for Chinese speaking Clients.
