• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Experience from Property Development & Construction companies is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred for communication.

Responsibilities :

Assist in drafting and finalizing various company legal documents, business contracts, legal notices, and correspondences.

Handle and support all legal, commercial, and compliance issues for the Group on corporate exercises.

Advise on litigation matters, including monitoring case statuses.

Build and maintain relationships with external legal advisors/legal community to stay updated on laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the business.

Perform other duties as assigned by management as necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Professional Degree, or equivalent.

Relevant experience, preferably from Property Development & Construction companies, is an advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires communication in Mandarin.
