Education
Responsibilities
- Review, manage, and follow up on daily operating contracts and major contracts;
- Establish and continuously optimize contract management systems, template libraries, and online/offline approval processes;
- Participate in handling company disputes, formulate and implement the company's dispute resolution strategy, and establish a pool of external lawyers and a performance evaluation system;
- Coordinate the company's articles of association, the operation of the three committees, and the authorization system;
- Assist business personnel in effectively preventing legal risks in business operations;
- Build and manage the legal team.
Compliance Management
- Participate in the top-level design and implementation of the company's export control compliance system, and participate in compliance exchanges and communications with external partners;
- Participate in optimizing the company's export compliance management system, and formulate and implement the company's export compliance policies, procedures, and related guidelines. Support the daily export compliance work of all business departments, including but not limited to providing regulatory interpretation, policy interpretation, and risk assessment.
- Participate in the development of the company's export compliance training system, conduct export control compliance training for all employees at all levels, cultivate employee awareness of export compliance risks, and enhance the risk management capabilities of all business departments.
- Assess the export control compliance of business operations, support the company's daily trade compliance blacklist screening, and conduct necessary export compliance reviews of high-risk business activities or business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in law or above;
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, which can be used as working languages (to deal with China counterpart);
- At least three (3) years of working experience;
- Familiarity with the basic principles of corporate compliance management;
- Strong communication and writing skills.
