Job summary

A legal service provider in Selangor is seeking a legal assistant to support the Legal Head. Responsibilities include managing legal files, conducting searches, and ensuring documentation is controlled. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in law and at least 3 years of experience in a legal firm. Proficiency in Bahasa and English is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Legal Firm.
  • Candidate must possess SPM/ Diploma in Law or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Legal Head with tasks.
  • Open new legal files for new cases.
  • Document control for legal files.
  • Conduct land and bankruptcy searches online.
