Job summary

Boardroom Group is seeking interns for the Legal / Business Studies stream to support the RLC Team in Malaysia. You will assist with stakeholder enquiries, process shareholder documents, and help ensure smooth registration and corporate actions.

This internship offers exposure to corporate secretarial services, share registrations, accounting support, and interactions across regional clients, with mentorship and professional development opportunities in a leading APAC business services provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders’ enquiries and process documents for shareholder services.
• Receive, check, sort, record and process documents from shareholders or lodging agents.
• Ensure documents and forms are replenished.
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist with corporate actions, transfers, replacement cheques/certificates, proxy votes, and related instructions.
• Support client Shareholders' Meetings registration and polling services.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
