Job Description:

1. Legal Associate (Conveyancing)

- To handle and manage various conveyancing matters including Subsale, Developer projects, Refinancing (individual and corporate loans), Auction, Transfer, and Transmission cases.
- To draft, review, and prepare legal documentation relating to conveyancing and banking transactions.
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- To monitor timelines and key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping, presentation, CKHT filing, signing appointments) and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- To ensure proper execution of documentation, follow-ups, and file management.
- To assist in providing legal advice and solutions on conveyancing matters when required.
- To produce accurate weekly progress reports and updates to the supervising lawyer/partner.


2. Conveyancing Clerk

- Has experience with handling and preparing full procedures in Subsale/Developer’s matter; Refinancing (Individual & Corporate Loan), Auction, Transfer & Transmission cases.
- To prepare legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and compliance with the timeline set by the authority, superior and lawyer.
- Able to manage time well and keep track of key date (eg, completion date, stamping date, presentation date, filing CKHT date, signing date, etc) by producing a completed weekly status report.
- Able to assist in administrative work, including file opening, document compilation, and data entry into developer's systems or portals.


3. Account cum Admin Clerk (Puchong Branch)

- Prepare full set of accounts, monthly management reports, and year-end financial statements.
- Ensure all financial reporting and statutory deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including petty cash, payment vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes.
- Perform journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and other necessary adjustments.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and suppliers on finance-related matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records, including fixed asset registers and supporting schedules.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide support for special projects as and when required.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records
- Manage incoming documents and liaise with runners and courier services.
- Support on administrative task.
- Able to work independently and adapt in a new or growing company environment.
- Prior experience in a legal firm will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Legal Associate (Conveyancing)

- Possess a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B. (Hons.) with a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general conveyancing, particularly in Subsale and Loan transactions.
- Familiar with banking and developer documentation as well as relevant government authority procedures and timelines.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in managing multiple files and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different banks’ requirements, portals, and procedures.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.


2. Conveyancing Clerk

- At least 2 years and above experiences in handling conveying matters (Especially Subsale with Loan matter).
- Able to handle and/or manage various general conveyancing matters.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude.
- Familiarising with various banks’ requirements, procedures and portal updates.
- Able to commence work as soon as possible will be an added advantage.


3. Account cum Admin Clerk

- Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounts system maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is not mandatory but a bonus).
