Job Description:

Responsibilities

• To handle sub-sale and loan documentation from A–Z.
• To prepare, review and advise on sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and related conveyancing matters.
• To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, and relevant authorities.
• To monitor timelines and ensure completion of transactions within deadlines.
• To maintain proper file management and provide regular updates to clients.
• To work independently with minor supervision.
• To carry out any ad hoc work assigned by the firm’s partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in conveyancing (sub-sale and loan).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good time management skills.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
