Responsibilities

Handle the full scope of conveyancing matters including sub-sale, project, and financing transactions for residential and commercial properties.

Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan agreements, tenancy agreements, and related documents.

Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of transactions.

Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements, including stamp duty, tax implications, and procedural matters.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation of all legal documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years PQE in conveyancing.

LLB (Hons) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Strong communication, client management, and document drafting skills.

Meticulous, responsible, and committed to quality and timelines.
