Job Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate, legal, and trust administration support to senior team members in servicing a diverse client portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of trust-related and corporate governance documents.
- Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and corporate structures, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Manage regulatory filings and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support transaction monitoring, due diligence, and compliance checks related to trust and corporate entities.
- Conduct background screening on relevant parties as part of risk assessment procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records, trust databases, and data management systems.
- Assist with invoicing, credit control, and other operational tasks related to trust and corporate administration.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Law, and/or a Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent)
- Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Familiarity with trust administration, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- Experience in AML/CFT compliance is a plus.
- STEP qualification is an added advantage.
