Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide corporate, legal, and trust administration support to senior team members in servicing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of trust-related and corporate governance documents.
  • Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and corporate structures, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage regulatory filings and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support transaction monitoring, due diligence, and compliance checks related to trust and corporate entities.
  • Conduct background screening on relevant parties as part of risk assessment procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records, trust databases, and data management systems.
  • Assist with invoicing, credit control, and other operational tasks related to trust and corporate administration.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Law, and/or a Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent)
  • Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with trust administration, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience in AML/CFT compliance is a plus.
  • STEP qualification is an added advantage.
