A leading law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to manage all aspects of conveyancing, including drafting agreements, property transfers, and liaising with clients and authorities. The ideal candidate will hold an LL.B, have at least 3 years of experience, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
Job Description:
1. Draft and review Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and other conveyancing-related contracts
2. Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters, including property transfers, refinancing, and title registrations
3. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a valid Practicing Certificate
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyancing
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
