Messrs Arthur Yeong Nonee Ashirin is a well-established legal practice with a reputation for excellence in property law and client-focused service. We are expanding our team and seeking a committed Conveyancing Lawyer to manage residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish.

As a Conveyancing Lawyer at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:

Managing end-to-end conveyancing transactions (sales, purchases, transfers, and leases)

Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions

Preparing and reviewing contracts for sale, transfer documents, and settlement figures

Conducting title searches, due diligence, and property investigations

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements

Attending to settlement procedures and post-settlement tasks

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with current practising certificate

No minimum years of conveyancing experience. Newly called to the bar are welcomed.

Strong knowledge of property and contract law

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
