An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives. This role involves managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 3-5 years of experience in executive support. Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support for one or more of the organisation's executives, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organisation's operations, procedures, and people.
Manage the executive's appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to optimize their time. Gather, compile, verify, and analyse information for the executive to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases. Facilitate smooth communication between the executive and other executives, managers, employees, and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.
May have access to the executive's email accounts to schedule appointments and handle routine enquiries from internal or external sources.
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
Maintain the office and accounting records; monitor, review, and approve expenditures to ensure activities stay within budgets.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgement and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule your workload to complete activities accurately and on time.
These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to correspondence, inquiries, and calls; drafting letters and releases; arranging meetings; taking and distributing minutes.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business administration.
At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role.
Proficiency with automation tools and software to streamline tasks.
Proven project coordination skills and schedule management.
Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder coordination.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling or project management tools.
Experience working with regional or multinational teams is a plus.
Experience in meeting coordination, both internal and external.
