Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal and corporate documents such as contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and board resolutions

  • Help update and maintain internal legal templates and document records

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on document follow-up, signature routing, and filings

  • Support digitalisation initiatives, including organizing and uploading legal files on systems like Microsoft SharePoint

  • Conduct basic legal and regulatory research relevant to the healthcare, distribution, and medical device sectors

  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials related to legal or compliance matters for internal stakeholders

  • Provide general administrative and documentation support to relevant departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Management) on legal-related processes

Who We’re Looking For
  • Law degree or diploma

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Relevant experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal operations in a healthcare distribution company is preferred

  • Bonus: Enthusiasm for legal tech, digital tools, or compliance systems
