Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal and corporate documents such as contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and board resolutions
Help update and maintain internal legal templates and document records
Coordinate with external legal counsel on document follow-up, signature routing, and filings
Support digitalisation initiatives, including organizing and uploading legal files on systems like Microsoft SharePoint
Conduct basic legal and regulatory research relevant to the healthcare, distribution, and medical device sectors
Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials related to legal or compliance matters for internal stakeholders
Provide general administrative and documentation support to relevant departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Management) on legal-related processes
Law degree or diploma
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Relevant experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal operations in a healthcare distribution company is preferred
Bonus: Enthusiasm for legal tech, digital tools, or compliance systems
