Armani Development is looking for a Legal Assistant to provide legal and administrative support within the organization. Role

You will be responsible for providing broad legal and administrative support across various functions within the organization. This includes assisting in legal documentation, supporting property-related matters, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents such as sale & purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and other property-related contracts.
  • Liaise with external legal firms, government agencies, and relevant parties to ensure smooth processing of legal and compliance matters.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for legal documents and property-related records.
  • Conduct legal research and compile information for internal use.
  • Track and manage contract timelines, deadlines, and renewals.
  • Provide administrative assistance including meeting arrangements, report preparation, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Support ad hoc legal and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment; exposure to property or real estate matters is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
