An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Executive to manage legal documents and contracts. In this role, you will ensure compliance by reviewing agreements and maintaining legal files. You will liaise with external consultants, assist in preparing resolutions, and support basic financial record-keeping. To check and review business agreements, documents, legal and commercial contracts, including business terms, representations and warranties, termination, and indemnification.
Monitor all legal files, updating, filing, and ensuring that the legal files are consistently maintained.
Liaise with external consultants, including lawyers and business associates.
Assist in preparing Directors and Shareholders resolutions.
Assist in recording accounts and preparing basic financial statements.
