Your key responsibilities

The Legal Administrative Executive Assistant will support our legal team by coordinating administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and processing invoices related to legal services, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Acting as the liaison between lawyers and internal/external stakeholders for seamless communication.
  • Developing and maintaining appointment letter templates and legal documents.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including securing room bookings and confirming participant availability, especially for data breach discussions.
  • Assisting in preparing and coordinating reports as directed by the Legal Director.
  • Managing the setup and administration of the GCO SharePoint for the legal team.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and securing legal files and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Updating the corporate entity database to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing approvals via EY systems before appointing service providers.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in legal support or administration
