Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and take necessary action for ‘Rental Agreement’ group email
  • Review SST (i.e. Government Letter of Offer to Rent our Product)
  • Prepare Rental Contract Drafts (Coway Template)
  • Create and forwarding Renewal Notice
  • Update and maintain records for rental contracts and secretarial matters
  • Process Company Secretarial Requests
  • Attend to Stamping of Rental Contracts
  • Attend to invoices and payments to service providers (i.e. Solicitors and Company Secretary)
  • Attend to company secretarial matters
  • In charge of petty cash
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or certification in Administrative Work, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in document management, record-keeping, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks quickly.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
