Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to curriculum development, innovation, enhancement, and quality assurance in undergraduate and postgraduate programs related to computer science.
• Develop and deliver innovative teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students.
• Conduct active research with a record of high-quality publications, conference presentations, and grants related to computer science.
• Contribute to research strategy development aligned with institutional priorities.
• Build collaborations with universities, government, industry, and society to enhance research impact and educational quality.
• Participate in education, research, and administrative management within the school, including mentoring and leadership roles.
• Assist in administrative tasks of the school/department.

Job Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (Level 8, MQF), Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF), and Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least three years of teaching experience in Master of Computer Science or related programs.
• Experience in PhD supervision or research master supervision.
• Active scholarly activities with publications in Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed journals.
• Familiarity with MQA documentation and accreditation processes, especially the Program Standard of Computing.
• Knowledge of Outcome Based Education (OBE) requirements.
• Strong expertise in master-level computer science courses.
• Ability to develop new syllabi and teach courses such as Research Methodology, Human-Computer Interaction, Advanced Algorithms & Data Structures, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Research Projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, CSS, PHP, HTML, Java, C++, and C.
• Responsible, ethical, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to teach effectively and support students' development and wellbeing.
