Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality teaching through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Contribute to curriculum design, course material preparation, and assessment activities.
• Develop engaging teaching materials and employ innovative teaching methodologies, including digital approaches.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and consultation to students.
• Participate in activities to enhance teaching quality and align with teaching standards.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in indexed journals.
• Contribute to collaborative research projects within the Department or across disciplines.
• Demonstrate potential and commitment to developing a sustainable research profile.
• Actively seek grant opportunities and participate in research initiatives as part of a team.
• Participate in departmental, school, and faculty meetings, committees, and working groups.
• Coordinate and administer academic programmes and related activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching, research, and service effectiveness.
