Role Description

This is a full-time Lecturer role for the Diploma in Aviation Management program. The role is on-site and located in Kota Seriemas, Nilai. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing curriculum materials, conducting lectures & training sessions, and guiding students through their academic journey. You will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends to ensure that your teaching is relevant and up-to-date. The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic background in aviation and a genuine passion for teaching and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Prior teaching or industry experience in aviation will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest and commitment to teaching and academic excellence.
