Job description

Job requirements:

Impart culinary knowledge and skills in a classroom setting, This includes creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions and assessing student performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master or degree in Culinary Arts or relataed field

Preferred Qualifications (Advantage):

  • Teaching credentials such as TVET, TTT is an advantage
  • Certificate in food handling & knowledge on HACCP

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Expertise in Western, Asian and Pastry Techniques, familiar with food safety, kitchen management and culinary assessments, industry experience and TVET Competency are added value for skills based program.

COMPUTER LITERACY
Strong communication skills, Interpersonal, Leadership in kitchen setting, familiar with the needs of program standard, guidelines and policies from MQA & JPT.

SOFT SKILLS
Microsoft, Canva, Power Point, College Management System
