Job summary

Lendlease in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue across our premium retail portfolio. You will identify prospective tenants, conduct negotiations, and prepare leasing documentation while building strong relationships with stakeholders and luxury brands.

The role requires a degree or diploma in business/real estate, excellent communication, and the ability to monitor market trends and support renewals.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Leasing Specialist to support leasing activities within our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building tenant relationships, and supporting occupancy and revenue objectives.

About you

Candidates must possess a Degree or Diploma in Business, Property, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline, with proven experience in retail leasing, preferably within luxury shopping malls or premium retail destinations. A strong understanding of luxury retail brands, market trends, tenant mix planning, and leasing strategies is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile retailers and business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and candidates must be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
