· Responsible for managing daily leasing operation activities and ensuring all leasing reports are maintained accurately and timely.

· Responsible all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner.

· Establish and maintain excellent tenant relationship to promote occupancy and tenant retention i.e attending to potential and existing tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints with a view to rectify/resolve issues for services improvement.

· Conducting viewings of rental properties for prospective tenants.

· Liaising handover and takeover of vacant possession and ensure all properties are in good and tenantable condition and suggest maintenance and rectification works if necessary.

· Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate Management or equivalent/relevant degree

· Minimum 5 years working experience for commercial buildings

· Good knowledge in legal framework and finance will be added advantage

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
