1. Proactively identify and pursue new leasing opportunities for commercial properties within prestigious developments.

3. Handle lease administration, rental collection, and renewals to ensure smooth tenancy operations.
4. Work with internal departments and external partners to manage property viewings, tenant onboarding, and move-ins.
5. Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine leasing strategies and enhance property appeal.
6. Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all tenancy matters and leasing activities.
