Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and tenants, including operational issues.
- Support the organization in all aspects of Tenant Management, including assisting the Leasing Manager with leasing activities to secure and monitor occupancy.
- Maintain and oversee mall operations continuously.
- Responsible for tenants' sales submissions (average 95%) and system updates.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive and updated Tenants Relations Management database and filing system for all tenants (e.g., sales information, licenses, permits, insurances, agreements, and correspondences).
- Coordinate, prepare, and distribute work orders to relevant departments.
- Report, monitor, and follow up on tenants' complaints and resolutions with relevant departments.
- Support Operations in cases where tenants do not adhere to mall House Rules, Agreements, and manuals by recommending appropriate approaches.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve tenants' performance and tenancy and leasing operations.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders to retain existing tenants and attract new prospects for occupancy growth.
- Coordinate with Tenant Admin (SO), including tracking signatory status and sending documents.
- Obtain approvals for closure applications, such as festival closures or early closures for company events.
- Coordinate mailbox key handovers, replacements, or lock changes.
- Prepare necessary information prior to tenants' meetings.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Advanced/Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Shopping Centre Management, Leasing, or Tenant Coordination.
- Specialization in property/real estate or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Sound knowledge of the retail market.
- Knowledge of strata management is an advantage.
- Team player, meticulous, customer-oriented, with good management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
