A leading wellness organization in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Learning and Development leader to design and execute a comprehensive training strategy. The role involves creating impactful learning content and developing blended programs. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for people development. • Design and lead an organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with our brand transformation.
• Establish clear learning pathways for HQ teams, outlet consultants, therapists, and managers — ensuring growth in both skills and mindset.
• Partner with leadership to align L&D initiatives with business goals, customer experience standards, and cultural values.
• Create and curate impactful learning content covering wellness knowledge, customer experience, product education, sales excellence, and leadership development.
• Develop blended learning programs that integrate in-person workshops, e-learning, microlearning, and coaching.
• Ensure all materials reflect Mayfair’s tone, philosophy, and brand purpose.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Outlet Leaders to deploy and localize training plans across regions.
• Build and mentor an internal trainer network to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
• Track and measure learning outcomes using KPIs, behavioral indicators, and performance improvements.
• Utilize and manage digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Notion, Canva, Zoom) for scalable training delivery.
• Introduce AI-enabled or gamified learning tools to boost engagement, retention, and learner motivation.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and feedback through creative, tech-savvy initiatives.
