A leading logistics company is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to enhance employee skills and promote learning initiatives. You will design and implement training programs, conduct needs analysis, and improve overall company engagement. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Identify learning and development programs suitable for the organization's needs.
Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
Develop long-term training development plans, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Plan, Program Design and Development, Competency Definition, and Skill Development.
Facilitate onboarding and provide induction training to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners, including developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate transparent information flow and timely dissemination of updates and announcements.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives to enhance participation and strengthen company culture.
Propose innovative engagement activities and training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars that meet employee development needs and organizational objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify behavioral competency gaps and training requirements for all employees.
Design and develop training calendars, program outlines, structures, and recommend learning solutions to address performance gaps.
Manage the training cycle administration, including applications, HRDF grant processes, documentation, and records.
Source and recommend training vendors to maintain a positive learning environment and foster good relationships with providers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement e-learning strategies effectively.
Oversee and manage the usage of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), budget utilization, and related tracking tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Education, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of current trends in L&D and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Open-minded, receptive to feedback, detail-oriented, committed, positive attitude, and a team player.
Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment; flexibility, initiative, and adaptability are essential.
