Responsibilities

• Conduct small-group activities under guidance of the teacher.
• Encourage student learning, confidence, and development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and well-structured classroom.
• Follow safeguarding standards and school policies.
• Assist with attendance, progress recordings, and admin tasks.
