Position: Learning & Development Executive (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Location: Menara IQ, Lingkaran TRX, 55188 Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT/MRT)

Contract duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Onboarding Date: 1 July 2025

Salary: Up to RM4,400

Working Arrangement: 3 days work from home, and 2 days work from office

Job Description

We are hiring a Learning & Development Executive to support our client's training initiatives, particularly in areas involving HRDC grant management, training coordination, and learning engagement. This role plays a key part in delivering quality learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

Training Facilitation & Engagement

  • Facilitate and coordinate engaging training sessions

  • Manage Zoom invites, logistics, and HRDC grant applications

  • Redesign presentation decks for better learning impact

  • Act as session moderator when needed

Program & Event Management

  • Manage HRDC fund claims and utilization

  • Support full coordination of training programs and events

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain and update training trackers

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with HRDC-related tasks

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data handling capabilities
