Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Kajang. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing training programs for employees. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, designing instructional materials, managing learning management systems, conducting training sessions, and providing coaching and support to staff. The goal is to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees to improve overall performance and professional growth.
