Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Bronze and Silver certification.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools and methodologies.
• Experience in project management, change management and financial management.
• Analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring abilities.

Aufgaben

• Drive and sustain a Lean culture aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate on Lean strategies across multiple workcells.
• Coach Lean Coaches, process owners and leaders.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean certification projects.
• Monitor value stream transformation and recommend optimization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and best practices.
• Support change management and innovation initiatives.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes.
• Work with Finance to validate cost savings and benefits.
• Track Lean performance and drive improvements.
• Guide teams to implement Lean principles consistently.
• Develop internal Lean capabilities through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
