VAT Vakuumventile AG seeks a strategic Lean Manager to champion continuous improvement across its facilities. You will lead structured improvement programs, translate performance data into actions, and drive measurable gains in productivity, lead time, quality and cost.

You will establish daily management routines and act as the Lean main contact at site, coordinating with digital and industrial engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading Lean initiatives across manufacturing/operations.
• Strong problem-solving using structured methods (A3, DMAIC, 8D).
• Experience building CI capabilities and coaching teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver structured Lean improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, flow optimization, waste elimination).
• Translate site performance data into prioritized improvement actions.
• Drive measurable impact on productivity, lead time, quality and cost.
• Embed sustainable results into daily operations and daily governance.
• Act as main Lean contact at site and support deployment of Lean principles and tools.
• Establish and sustain daily performance management routines (tiered meetings, Gemba, visual management).
• Connect shopfloor performance to structured problem solving and escalation routines.
• Support implementation of stable processes (standard work, flow, takt, SMED, 5S).
• Translate digital dashboards and analytics into actionable shopfloor improvements.
• Collaborate with digital, analytics, and industrial engineering teams.
