Job summary

AT&S in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Line Control Technician (Production Control/Planner) on a contract basis. This role involves supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques like 5S and Kaizen to enhance production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Manufacturing/Business, with at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools are essential for helping to streamline production processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques across production lines.
• Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
