Responsibilities
- Accurate tracking of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Monitoring correct packing methods include materials to be used (bubble wrap, foam, etc.), box sizes, pallet sizes and labeling requirements.
- Use digital packing systems (like barcode scanning) that require confirmation at each step.
- Consistently conduct quality checks on packed orders before shipping to customers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for warehouse/store equipment and facilities.
- Enforce safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse/store.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and processed, practice good collaboration with logistic team, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse/store operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, inventory systems, etc.).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when required (forklift/stacker driving skills will be an added advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
