Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for its Gelang Patah, Johor location. You will oversee shipping, inventory, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires liaison with warehouses, brokers, and customers to optimize routes and costs while maintaining stock levels. The candidate should have a degree or diploma and at least 5 years in electronics manufacturing or warehouse settings, with proficiency in WMS/DMS

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma graduates required.
WMS/DMS familiarity is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Oversees shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel.
Manage inventory and coordinate with carriers, warehouses and brokers.
Oversee transportation of products between locations and loading docks.
Conduct cost analyses of transport companies to pick cost-efficient options.
Communicate with trucking firms, sales teams and customers to ensure timely shipments.
Analyze client needs to maintain stock levels and re-order as needed.
Coordinate daily activities of the team and set task priorities.
Receive guidance from manager and contribute to performance evaluations.
