• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills for product final quality test
• Ability to analyse a process, determine gaps/inefficiencies/yield improvement opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Summary

The candidate will be responsible on resolving any manufacturing floor test / assembly issue, improving product quality, and reducing the test cycle time.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time

Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determining root cause of production issues

Providing training to production personnel

New product introduction as well as creating test procedure, documenting, and implementation of processes for new products.

To develop procedures and tools for testing

Developing production and characterization test specifications

Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects

To ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated and certified according to the corresponding procedures

To ensure accurate document, record and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance

Develop test fixture as needed

Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Diploma holder with > 5 years working experiences can be considered.
