Job description

Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner delivers value to the business through providing recruitment professional knowledge and services to attract and engage talent across multiple sectors. The role operates independently and influences senior stakeholders with guidance on complex issues. It requires close collaboration with managers and HRBPs to identify talent needs and develop proactive recruiting plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Focus on high-volume hiring, driving and implementing recruitment strategies for large-scale initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to meet hiring targets.

  • Use data and market insights to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill.

  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to build talent pipelines, implement campaigns, and promote employer branding.

  • Drive process improvements within the TA function and participate in TA projects.

  • Mentor and guide team members.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in volume hiring, preferably in fast-paced financial services.

  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and results-oriented.

  • Proficient in using social media, job boards, and employer branding tools to build talent pipelines.

  • Strong sense of urgency, commercial acumen, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of job boards, CV databases, and ATS (Workday).

  • Understanding of market trends and ability to develop effective talent strategies.
