Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
15–20 years of oil and gas experience with major contractor or consultants.
Registered Professional Engineer or member of professional engineering society preferred.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Strong leadership, organization, and supervision skills.
Knowledge of design techniques and codes as applicable to subsea structures.

Responsibilities

Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design per design basis, project specifications, and codes.
Lead the discipline engineering design and manage project interfaces and resources.
Prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and procedures.
Mentor and supervise engineers and designers within the department.
Coordinate with Project Management, vendors, and clients to ensure compliant delivery.
