Job summary

Offshore / Subsea experience is a must.
10+ years’ procurement experience in an Oil and Gas EPC Company.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Travel requirements: As and when required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute expediting strategies for subsea equipment and related products.
Manage full package delivery post purchase order placement.
Expedite internally and externally to ensure timely delivery of ordered packages.
Manage suppliers through desktop expediting, online meetings and site visits to ensure order execution on schedule.
Maintain registers and logs reporting package progress.
Mitigate supply chain risk through continual vendor engagement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Controls, QAQC, logistics for required approvals and delivery.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
