JOB TITLE: LEAD SUBSEA ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of advisory, consultancy and early development services, including feasibility and conceptual studies
• Developing and optimizing the layout development for offshore.
• Yield Assessments and design optimization
• Supporting our clients in the early stages of project development; developing robust business cases for projects, supporting applications for licenses, evaluating technologies
• Design review and assessment of offshore development to ensure that the engineering developed by the supply chain meets the project requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Naval architecture, Ocean, Mechanical or Marine)
• 10-15 years minimum experience (Subsea engineering / installation / decommissioning)
• Experience in offshore consulting, advisory and/or early phase project development work
• Experience in delivering study work and contributing to high quality proposals
• Practical consulting/delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills including ability to produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for sharing with all levels
• Confidence to work at all levels of a client organization
• The desire to play a key role in a growing business
• Technical / hands-on profile with good communication
• Experience using industry software
• Existing industry connections are desirable
