What would you do?
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand and business objectives.
- Identify digital trends and tools to improve customer experience and brand presence.
- Develop Digital Strategy & Social media calendar in line with BMMC marketing strategy to achieve corporate goals & objectives.
- Define digital goals and KPIs, track performance, and optimize strategies accordingly
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy to enhance brand presence, engagement, and audience growth.
- Oversee the creation of compelling digital content, including social media posts, videos, blogs, infographics, and interactive formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms by collaborating with creative teams and internal stakeholders.
- Manage content quality, audience engagement, and platform optimization to maintain a strong digital presence.
- Monitor audience insights and engagement metrics to refine content strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Align content with marketing campaigns, corporate messaging, and key business objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing efforts, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive ROI.
- Coordinate with other departments to promote digital marketing efforts, including sales and product teams.
SEO & SEM:
- Ensure TNG Website is optimal and updated with latest promotion & product launches.
- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website ranking, visibility, and performance.
- Analyse digital trends to ensure the company’s search engine strategies are up-to-date.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
- Track campaign performance, user behaviour, and engagement metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Generate reports on digital marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor audience insights and competitor benchmarking to refine digital strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Continuously optimize content and campaign strategies based on performance data.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the management and growth of the company’s social media profiles and presence namely Instagram, Facebook, Linked-in.
- Analyse and report on social media campaign performance to optimize future content.
- Ensure consistency and recency of quality content, fanbase growth & engagement levels.
Influencer & KOL Engagement:
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators in fintech, lifestyle, and mobility sectors.
- Identify relevant influencers, negotiate collaborations, and oversee content creation to amplify brand messaging.
- Track and analyse influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and achieve common goals.
- Communicate with external agencies or vendors for support in areas like digital advertising or content production.
Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required by the Head of Division.
Who should join us?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communication, Journalism Marketing or a related field.
- Certifications in social media marketing, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint Certification will be added advantage.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management.
- Brand & Marketing experiences in consumer products and or creative/digital agencies will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong skills in copywriting, content planning, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
- Ability to curate and manage a brand’s content calendar.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other social media insights tools.
- Experience in tracking KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.
- Strong customer engagement and community-building skills.
- Ability to handle crisis management and online reputation management.
- Quick response time and adaptability in managing online interactions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) for social media content.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, influencer marketing, and website traffic growth.
- Ability to identify and leverage trends (e.g., memes, viral content, trending hashtags).
- Creative mindset to produce engaging and shareable content.
- Experience working in B2C or B2B industries, depending on the company’s needs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and growth strategies.
