Job summary

Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor for an active project in Johor Bahru. You will report to the HSE Manager and work with the project team to ensure safety across all activities, aligning with health and environmental standards.

Requirements include a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, 3–5 years in construction safety, and Yellow Book competency with DOSH. Competitive compensation offered for both Yellow and Non-Yellow Book applicants.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years experience in construction safety practices.
• Registered Yellow Book competency with the DOSH and knowledge of OSH Act 2022.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Safety & Health Manager and project teams on safety, health and environmental issues.
• Prepare and present site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to identify and correct unsafe acts/conditions.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site safety rules and welfare facilities; coordinate deliveries and maintain safety records.
