Job description

Achievement of yearly sales/service targets for the Company’s principal products/services, which may vary depending on the Company’s requirements.

Establish and maintain good rapport with clients and principals to ensure strong support and relationships.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Department in preparing and reviewing the Business Plan.
  • Provide frontline and onsite technical support and services for electrical and instrument equipment.
  • Travel frequently to offshore and overseas locations as required.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Participate in project tenders, review technical proposals, and assist in equipment loadout and tender submissions.
  • Assist the Technical Support Team and Sales Team as needed.
  • Prepare technical documents for offshore projects, supervise project execution, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist in equipment loadout, maintain inventory, and prepare progress and project close-out reports.
  • Attend technical meetings, respond to client clarifications, and provide after-sales services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-5 years experience in the field, familiarity with High Pressure equipment is a plus.
  • Willing to travel regularly, physically fit, pass offshore medical and safety training (BOSIET).
  • Ability to read P&ID diagrams, computer literate, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Disciplined, organized, meticulous, and result-driven.
