Achievement of yearly sales/service targets for the Company’s principal products/services, which may vary depending on the Company’s requirements.
Establish and maintain good rapport with clients and principals to ensure strong support and relationships.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Department in preparing and reviewing the Business Plan.
- Provide frontline and onsite technical support and services for electrical and instrument equipment.
- Travel frequently to offshore and overseas locations as required.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
- Participate in project tenders, review technical proposals, and assist in equipment loadout and tender submissions.
- Assist the Technical Support Team and Sales Team as needed.
- Prepare technical documents for offshore projects, supervise project execution, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in equipment loadout, maintain inventory, and prepare progress and project close-out reports.
- Attend technical meetings, respond to client clarifications, and provide after-sales services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years experience in the field, familiarity with High Pressure equipment is a plus.
- Willing to travel regularly, physically fit, pass offshore medical and safety training (BOSIET).
- Ability to read P&ID diagrams, computer literate, and possess strong communication skills.
- Disciplined, organized, meticulous, and result-driven.
