You'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With purpose of generating business opportunities for Drill Bits, you'll collaborate across all the industry. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients.

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Drill Bits, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for existing and/or key account(s).
  • Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers, and opportunities.
  • Creating detailed and application specific technical Drill Bit proposals.
  • Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  • Have extensive working experience minimum 5 years in Oilfield Services as an Account Sales and/or Engineer with in-depth technical knowledge in Drill Bits.
  • Be fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
