Our core capabilities include Data technologies, AI/ML, ERP, Application Development and Maintenance, Testing, Cloud migration/acceleration, and Cyber Security technologies. We also partner to implement business platforms such as ServiceNow and Workforce Software.

This position offers a career path that extends to management and regional levels, ideal for individuals with a connector/networker profile who enjoy executing online campaigns.

Externally, the role involves Account Planning, Customer Success/Retention, and Sales.

Internally, it requires active collaboration with regional sales & delivery teams in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the USA.

About the role
Responsibilities:
  • Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for Technology Solutions and Outsourcing, upselling, and business growth, establishing long-term rapport with decision-makers.
  • Develop strategies beyond calls and meetings, including social media campaigns, leveraging networks, and attending events.
  • Refine sales strategies and market entry activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager, Pre-Sales, Solutioning Team, Staffing Manager, and Managing Director in the sales process.
  • Support proposal development and pricing to meet project needs.
  • Find solutions supporting mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Engage with internal experts to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
  • Identify issues, collaborate on solutions, and provide use case examples.
  • Maintain a network of customer relationships and partnerships through meetings and visits.
  • Gain expert knowledge of products and services.
  • Assist with project planning, pricing, inquiries, and deadlines.
  • Stay forward-looking, considering future landscape at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales across multiple product, solution, or service categories, including Data technologies, AI/ML, ERP, etc.
  • Skilled in selling to industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Extensive network of contacts.
